Savor Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Savor app and website (“Savor”, “we”, “our”), made by Tigin Ltd, company number 11034539. By using Savor, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Savor.
2. What Savor Is
Savor is a free guide to restaurants in Tokyo. It shows restaurants near you and lets you filter them by diet, such as vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free. You don’t need an account to use it.
3. Restaurant Information
Restaurant details, dietary labels, opening hours, prices, photos and quotes come from public sources, including restaurants’ own pages and diners’ reviews. We work to keep them accurate, but restaurants change their menus, hours and prices, and we can’t guarantee that any information is complete, current or correct.
4. Dietary Needs and Allergies
Dietary labels are a guide, not a guarantee. They don’t cover cross-contact, shared kitchens or every ingredient. If you have an allergy, coeliac disease or another medical or religious requirement, always confirm with the restaurant before you order. Savor isn’t medical advice.
5. Our Social Media Posts
We post restaurant spotlights on social media as Savor Guide. The same applies to them: they’re a guide, so check with the restaurant before you go. We aren’t paid by the restaurants we feature.
6. Using Savor
You agree not to:
- misuse Savor, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways we don’t offer
- copy or scrape Savor’s content in bulk
- use Savor for anything unlawful
7. Content and Ownership
Savor’s app, design and text belong to Tigin Ltd. Photos, reviews and map data belong to their owners. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. If you own content shown in Savor and want it credited or removed, contact us at support@savorit.io.
8. Feedback
If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Savor without owing you anything. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send.
9. Availability
Savor is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tigin Ltd isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of Savor, or from relying on its information, including a restaurant’s food, service or opening hours. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and using Savor after a change means you accept it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
