Getting help with Savor

Reporting a problem

Include these four things and you’ll get a useful answer faster:

• The app version, shown at the bottom of the Configuration tab
• Your phone and its iOS or Android version, for example “iPhone 16, iOS 26.1”
• What you were doing when it went wrong
• What you expected to happen instead

A screenshot helps if something looked wrong on screen.

Wrong restaurant details

Open the restaurant in Savor and tap “Something wrong? Suggest an edit”. It reaches us with the restaurant attached.

Feedback and ideas

In the app, open Configuration and tap “Leave feedback”. We can’t reply there, so email us if you’d like an answer.

Your data

Savor has no accounts, and your Likes stay on your phone. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
